There is also a local regulatory distinction. Singapore’s Gambling Regulatory Authority identifies Singapore Pools as the only operator licensed to provide remote gambling services. Roobet’s payment documentation does not establish Singapore authorisation.
TrustLab status: Research In Progress. This guide examines public documentation. No Singapore account, deposit or withdrawal has been tested.
Roobet’s documented payment routes
| Route | What Roobet documents globally | Singapore finding |
|---|---|---|
| Direct crypto | Multiple supported cryptocurrencies | No SG transaction test |
| Cards | Visa and Mastercard in its card guide | Local issuer acceptance unverified |
| Bank account | Location-dependent bank options | No SG bank route confirmed |
| Buy Crypto | Third-party purchase through Swapped | SG availability unverified |
| PayNow / SGD | No confirmation in the sources examined | Do not list as supported |
Which cryptocurrencies does Roobet list?
Roobet’s crypto deposit guide lists BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, XRP, TRX, DOGE, SOL, SUI and BNB. It also explains that blockchain confirmations affect crediting and warns that unsupported assets may be lost.
The currency ticker is only one part of a crypto payment. A token can exist on more than one network, so a general mention of USDT does not confirm every USDT network. The destination, asset and network have to match the actual supported route.
That is a transaction-compatibility issue, separate from whether an account may use the service. Cryptocurrency does not remove country restrictions, verification requirements or local gambling rules.

Card deposits and buying crypto are different services
The card help article documents Visa and Mastercard funding through the cash balance. Separately, the Swapped guide describes buying cryptocurrency through a third party, with that provider’s payment terms and fees.
In the first model, the payment funds a cash balance. In the second, a purchase produces cryptocurrency. Those routes should not be merged into a claim that “Roobet accepts Singapore cards” without checking which transaction is actually available.
For any existing transaction, identify the merchant or provider named on the receipt. A failed card purchase, an uncredited crypto transfer and a pending casino withdrawal concern different stages and may require different transaction references.
Does Roobet support PayNow or Singapore bank transfers?
We found no confirmation of PayNow in the official sources reviewed. Roobet’s bank-account guide expressly says available options vary by location and illustrates its instructions with Caixa. That is not evidence of DBS, OCBC, UOB or FAST support.
A QR code is not enough to identify a payment rail. Different banking and payment systems use QR codes, so a screenshot containing one does not establish PayNow integration. The named provider and transfer system matter.
We likewise have not confirmed an SGD-denominated account or an SGD settlement route. A dollar symbol without a currency label should not be presented as Singapore dollars.
Why the country list does not settle the question
Singapore is absent from the general restricted-regions list examined. However, it appears in several game-provider restriction lists. Neither observation establishes local legal permission or guarantees account acceptance.
These are different layers: the casino’s general eligibility rules, a supplier’s distribution restrictions and the law applying to a person’s location. A guide becomes misleading if it answers all three with the absence of one country name from one list.
Does a crypto account avoid KYC?
No such conclusion follows from crypto support. Roobet publishes a Level 2 verification guide covering identity documents. We have not tested a Singapore-specific verification sequence, and this guide does not promise anonymous play or withdrawals.
Frequently asked questions
Can I deposit using PayNow?
PayNow support is unconfirmed. We would need explicit current Roobet documentation or verified account evidence before listing it.
Does Roobet’s Visa guide mean any Singapore Visa works?
No. A global product guide does not establish local card acceptance, account eligibility or issuer approval.
Is a supported cryptocurrency proof I can play from Singapore?
No. Payment compatibility and permission to use the gambling service are separate questions.
